Apartments with spectacular oceanfront views, in an old fisherman’s house completely restored respecting the original features while incorporating a sleek modern design. A prime location next to the large beach of El Masnou and Ocata (blue flag), 3 minutes from the train station with direct access to Barcelona city center (25 minutes) and El Prat Airport (50 minutes).
Each apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities. The apartments are in a two story building, with two apartments on each floor. They can be rented individually, by floors, or the entire building. The total capacity of the two apartments on the lower floor is 8 people (4 in each apartment). The second floor has the total capacity of 5 people (3 in one apartment and 2 in the other).
Area attractions include a sports marina, DO Alella wine region, a yacht club with many facilities for water sports, a golf course, a tennis club, horse-back riding, a circuit of Formula 1 and Moto GP within 15 minutes by car. Our area also offers a rich and varied gastronomic experience with many fine restaurants within walking distance.

Connected to the Airport and to the center of Barcelona, by trains departing every 7 minutes and by bus 24 hours a day. We are situated on the seafront,, with direct access to one of the best beaches of Barcelona, with all services available. Our area is renowned for sports, as well as, gastronomic and enological diversions.

The Aerobus is an express bus service linking the Barcelona airport to the center of town. Normally, this service runs every 6-15 minutes at preset operating times (see the following official website for exact times Aerobus)
You can take the Aerobus from the exit at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The Aerobus takes you to the city center where you can alight either at Placa Espanya or Plaça Catalunya (there are other stops but we recommend that you go to Airbus official website and then follow the links). The RENFE train service runs approximately every 30 minutes from Barcelona airport to the city center and vice versa. Travel time is about 25 minutes.
If you plan to travel from the airport to the city center, get off at Barcelona Sants, Passeig de Gràcia or Clot. To continue trip to El Masnou, you should get off at Barcelona Sants.
If you arrive at Terminal 1, a shuttle bus will take you from outside the terminal to the entrance of the station located at Terminal 2.
Transfer from Barcelona to El Masnou (Ocata Station)
From the airport by train, get off at Sants station, change trains and take the commuter train (Cercanías R1 or Rodalies R1) towards Mataró and Blanes or Maçanet Massanes
The train leaves every 6 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes, depending on the time of day and the approximate travel time is 30 minutes.
In El Masnou there are two possible train stops – coming from Barcelona the first is El Masnou and second is Ocata. The closest to Grus Apartments is the Ocata station but the apartments are actually between the two stations. When you get off at the Ocata station, you must cross the street through the underpass and then walk along the street in the direction of Barcelona, about 4 minutes, to reach the Plaça del Mercat Vell. There, at the back of the square, on the stairs, is the main entrance to Grus Apartments.
From Barcelona, you can also connect to the same R1 line at the following stations: Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf, and Clot Arago.
If you are coming by car, drive to the following street: Barcelona, 28. 08320 El Masnou, which is the entrance of an underground public parking. Park there and go out to the outside square. Just at the bottom there is the building where we are (colour ocher) Grus Apartments, at number 13 of Josep Anselm Clavé Street. Pl give us a call and we will come for checkin: 34-930160134
If for any reason fails to comply with the schedule indicated arrival, we will facilitate access codes for entry into reception and automatic collection of keys and card
